I would suggest using these on pumper sites..e.g. Tier - 1 web 2.0's with unique content. This is the best and most effective technique.

Or, diversify your anchor text. Make sure that the main keywords are optimized at below 10%. So that you can easily build these links with the main keyword and achieve top ranks in no time.
