How to win contest on fb?

Okay, I come from east european country and today I saw a contest on facebook fanpage which says: the picture with biggest number of likes wins a big prize.

But the problem is the contest itself is in the application under facebook fan page tab, so you need to like the fan page first and allow that application to acces to your profile information.

So I am wondering is there any way to buy these kind of likes or can i bypass that somehow?

Make a bunch of facebook pages from your account, or a fake one and give them people like names. Then use your facebook as that page and like the picture, rinse and repeat.

This wont work with facebook app. It will only work for general photo liking on facebook, not work where you have to allow the app and then vote.
