I find it really hard for people to get followers that are real.

You might want to take the fake route. I know people that have loaded 100,000+ Followers and have been running the accounts for over a year with no issues with suspension.

That's a good option but lots of people create fake accounts in order to use with those services and not fill their main accounts full of spam.
