Will This Domain Name HURT or HELP?

There is a popular niche that I am wanting to set up a site in. There is decent competition but I believe there is still room to compete. My question is on Domain Name Selection. Lets say the market was "Weight Loss" and the niche was "Weight Loss Plan". The domain (WeightLossPlan) .com is taken. If my main keyword is "Weight Loss Plan" I would like to know a few things.

1- Would using the name "Weight-Loss-Plan.com be a problem?

2- Would putting the word "Your" before WeightLossPlan.com be better than the dashes in question 1?

3- Would having a word the the end be better than the "Your" before the domain to keep the keywords first? WeightLossPlanSecrets.com

4 - Which would have the most benefit to the site or the least effect?

By the way the market is not weight loss, I am just using that as an example.

Doing a quick google search on "weight loss plan" shows the following as the top 5 domains - webmd.com, fitnessmagazine.com, eatingwell.com, health.com and dukandiet.co.uk

None of the top domains have even a partial match of the keyword in their domain names. So to answer your question, EMD will not help - so you can go with any name you want. These are also super competitive niches so I might think twice before trying to enter it.

I know this is not your niche, but do take a look at the top sites for your niche. For some searches partial EMDs seem to work and for some they do not work at all. No one knows why exactly Google categorizes some keywords like this. Maybe weight loss as a category needs content from only high authority sites. (most medical niches should be the same)

Niki Thanks for the ideas. The keyword I am targeting doesn't have any authority sites on page one of google. If you take the competition of a word out of the mix how would my original question be answered? In other words if I were picking a domain which title would have the most value to Google.
