Game plan for a Dutch website

I have a Dutch website that I wanna rank for. I was ranking for this site at the 3th place in Google. After the update the site fell to place 6 and restored to 5th.

I'm outranked by two big autority website's but also two simular websit's like mine with less backlinks and less PA and Da.
(My site have a PA41 DA30)

So I changed my gameplan. I'm curious what you guys think of my strategie.

The site is in a niche product in finance:

The set-up for this project will be:

5 old domains with branded links like : Company A, click here, etc.
5 brand new domains (Al set up in a range of 3 months, so not all registed the same day).

On the 10 domains I will put al small websites with 5-6 handwritten pages, photo's etc. regarding to the niche I want to rank for. Also some just regarding finance but with a special section regarding my niche.

On all the website's a will put links to the homepage of the site were I wanna rank for and on some sub pages I will put some links to the inner pages of the site I wanna rank for. I will diversify this with some links to news sites, wiki's and my other financial site's (in order to gain some linkjuice also for my own finance site's).

Because it's very hard to get good DUTCH backlinks for the new domains I will use some services here from the forum to build a link profile.

Now I have a few questions were you guys maybe can advice me. Is it bad to use all english linkservices for this new domains. Do I have to diversify this with Dutch links from article directiries? Or will the services here be oke. What services would you guys recommend to use for this kind of set up? I was thinking to use a $50 for links per site. Is this budget something were can work with?

Do you think this set up will help my ranking improve? My motivation is that I'm the only one who have links from domains out of the exact same niche. My competators don't have this.

Nice plan and just to let you know some link services here accept keywords in foreign languages ect and can customize
your package to work out your geo location. So just ask around and see if they can accommodate you. All of the unique content
sounds like a good plan

Hey Ottorockit,

I also work on Dutch sites. I have noticed that directories work much better than on English sites. So maybe your better of buying some of them before starting with Tiered link building. Pages link startpagina.nl are golden for Dutch Seo.

Ducht artikel directories are all really bad maintained and don't give much power at all, maybe http://artikelpost.nl is a good exception.

You can buy expired domains pretty cheap at domainorder. In my experience you need links from dutch domains to rank in google.nl, but the foreign links do give some power.

thanks for the advice. I have some aged domains but wanna mix them up with new domains and link them in with English links. I don't need to rank with that pages, I just wanna give the some authority to link to my money site.
At this point I can make the back links more relevant to the niche.

Or do you think it's to risky and will not help to pass true this link juice for a Dutch site?

It will work, but I suggest you create many youtube videos and link them to your site to increase your ranking.

I was actually considering starting a dutch website in a fitness niche as well, but I am afraid that Dutch people speak english so much that they type in English Keywords anyway in google! I am pretty sure its still doable though, goodluck with your site and weltrusten

A good solid mix of (PR) startpagina's, directories and forums usually gets the job done for med competition words, I would go for Dutch links first on a new website.

There are a bunch of dutch blogger type sites too, which allow you to get a page and post an article. This has helped me with ranking for Dutch sites too, along with startpagina links and few directories and blog comments.
