if i use adwords for my shop and after some time adwords will close the account ( ban )

can i make than a new account with new name and new creditcard but same shop/ same link ?

No, you cannot use the same link, domain, hosting as Google will re-ban you

I would suggest you prevent yourself from doing anything that would get your account banned coz there's no way around this system. Once your account is banned, you need to change all the the details for the new account and that includes your website too.

use fake adwords accounts , then get some cheap domains and redirect visitors from then to money site.

OMG its such a brilliant idea! Why didn't I thought of it? Oh wait, I already did and if I am not wrong GOOGLE wont allow you to do such a thing (remember Google is no FOOL). Also According to their TOS or whatever the Visitor should End Up on the site which you have mentioned in the Ad so it takes us back to square one.

I know there is a way around that system , but I am stating this for the OP. You cannot redirect your users to another website. Google doesn't allow that. You wont even get your ad approved.

There isn't any way to bypass google's system as it's a major corporation hence you will never be able to get a new adwords account with the same details.

you can pass it , but it is difficult.

you will only need to add a new domain to your old site.
and many other simple things. @shadows if you not know what is it , then please not post that it can not be done.
i have played with google adwords (got some accounts banned , but they were made to be used only for 1 month and those accounts lasted more than 1 month, i was not doing illegal advertising i was just using brand name in ads )

I'll be bypassing your sarcasm here. Here is a magical word: CLOAKING.

With a good cloaking solution, not the script your cousin made, you can get results. Thus mrblackjack knows what he's talking about

First of all I do know what I am talking about . Secondly , I think you should try to refine your reading skills as I have clearly stated in my second Para that "I know there is a way around that system , but I am stating this for the OP. You cannot redirect your users to another website." directly as you were giving a useless Idea (of redirecting users) which doesn't exactly work out of the box.

Alright once you guys are done with fighting here, read this.

For the OP :

Without knowing the reason for the ban it's almost like shooting in the dark.. New account , Clocking , IP Address, Domain name hosting cookies and so forth will make 0 sense until you tell us why you got banned at the first place.

Were you trying to use just coupons to advertise ? Or you had an legit business (No cranky stuff) and you think you got suspended in error or you got banned for billing address verification ?

IF you are not comfortable sharing here feel free to PM but tell what was the reason for the ban and we might be able to help.. If it was for a legit business and legit money was being spent Maybe I can get you back in business (We should talk in that case) but only if your shop you are saying is white stuff and you are not involved in any other bad stuff with Google.

If you just asking whether you can create a new account with same Domain name or not, then the answer is yes and NO. It again depends on the reason why the first account got suspended. If along with your account they suspended your domain as well , you will see ""Site suspended" msg in your ad.

Now you guys are free to argue on this and tell me I am wrong but that won't change the fact.

The ones who really wanna get serious On this argument are free to create an account , advertise a legit site and somehow (you know how to come on) get your account banned and I will run the ads for that domain again from a complete new account I create

Yes it will work fine, But at one time only 1 ads from 1 account will be shown.. that is called double serving.

Pretty Good chances your other accounts will get suspended at the same time if you try to do this..

Showing ads for 1 URL from 4 accounts is fine but doing this just for the sake of "Ban insurance" will get you in bad way.

its about Display URL (domain) not keywords... So no matter what keywords you use, at a time only one ad for one display URL (Domain) will be shown

First of all don't do any such thing that will get your account banned and if you're banned once, you need to change your entire website, domain or link as using them again might result in Google re-banning you.
