Can't Access Account Weird Problem

Okl guys, so i have a client who has a problem i've never seen or experienced before, it seems one of his accout received the usual message where facebookl tells you you posted something that violates their policies and it was removed, this usually turns out to be a blockage on the account to post things for a few days or lately they offer you the option to temporary unpublish page while you "clean it up" but that ain't happening he is getting this message:



And it won't pass this screen, any toughts or ideas? I've tried differen browsers/change languages/ use proxies and no results so far

i jus tried to change the e.mail associated with the account and now i have a timer when i login it says wat 23:59 min and decreasing, will see tomorrow what happens

I'm thinking maybe if you know all the information, you can enter the wrong password several times till the acct locks and then go thru the process of reinstating the account, resetting the password.

If you have the last working IP this will also be of great help. All I have is my personal FB, had recently moved and changed my number and it was a real MFer to get it to let me back in.

Warning: DO NOT lock your account if you have a bunch of friends on a BS account and no data saved offline as it will undoubtedly make you verify by pictures of your friends. I have a small acct with few friends...should be easy but they post all of those stupid "rotten cards" etc etc and THOSE TOO come up in the verification test.

The only other option is to let the timer run out and lets all see what happens. Unfortunatly FB has no customer service so it's not like you can call someone to resolve the issue.

What happens if you send yourself a friend request from another acct? You're bound to get the email notification. Perhaps if you follow that link in you can trick the system.

Resetting the password didnt work. After selecting new password, same old story
