I don't think you will find a place to buy such accounts. Most fb ads account sellers are scammers.

Not many will be able to make those kind of accounts as facebook been getting very hard on ads account lately.But still there's some create accounts like those but they are not cheap!

There are not UNLIMITED accounts. They say that at first. until you add your card and ad, then its $50 daily limit. not unlimited.
