Namecheap had a 99cent coupon code but i'm quite sure that it's gone already. Godaddy always has a 0.99 cent coupon code floating around everywhere in the forum however if you only have paypal then you can't buy it from godaddy.

Enyone even half-serious about making their living with IM won't resort only to PP. Sure many can't have CC's for various reasons, but there's no reason not to have a debit card/VCC's. No reason at all.
