More subs worth it?

Was curious if having a lot of subs helps in any other way when it comes to ranking or getting better, more high paying ads? Currently I'm getting all real subs but am curious if fake ones would help me in any other way?

I believe fake subs will help ranking slightly, not really worth investing in.

Fake subscribers will definitely help to boost your ranking. It's not a ton but it's definitely worth trying to get some in the midst of other real subscribers.

I was doing some reading and believe it was stated that you rank higher from people who sub via videos instead of directly subscribing via your channel. Not sure if this is true or not, maybe it just ranks the videos higher.

I'm not sure why they would rank a video better if people subscribed through a video. Subscribers helps rank your channel as a whole for keywords. Like if you typed in poker and then there are channels ranked amongst videos, that's where you would get a ranking increase, as far as videos, I've never seen subscribers on a channel impact the channels videos ranking.
