Will you use other backlink indexing service, such as ahrefs to look up for bad backlinks in our site?
I also see that you put up no refund policy, though in your own previous sentence you said that "Within 3 months out of Google penalty". So, what is your refund policy? What will happen if you fail to provide the service (seeing that this service is a penalty recovery, the site must be recovered then)? Will you keep working until my site recovered?

Like I said it depends on the site thats given to us. We have a no refund policy. And we will keep working till your site is recovered. The time frame is usually within 3 months.
