These days, for most sites, the biggest headaches are anchor diversity; you need a lot of natural anchors or the chances are very good that you will be penquilized?
As such I?ve been buying this service for a considerable time for most of my client?s sites?

In general I only use one keyword to establish the niche and to ensure moderate serp increases; most recently I?ve tested the service on new sites, with no other links except for a few socials, and I?ve seen serp increases from NA to somewhere in the thirties.

But, if serp rises aren?t an issue, and you require mostly natural anchors, you should ask OP to insure that the majority of the keywords are either natural and/or raw URL?s, even in the 2.0 submissions.
Also ask him to include one or two non-clickable links. Most people that link out (for instance from their work computer) have no clue whatsoever how links work; as such you always get natural non-clickable links?.
