I have a domain, wall street 411 dot com, I am in the process of placing a wordpress website. I am willing to share 4 months of profits if you are able to bring traffic traffic converts to leads. OP, this JV doesn't look great.

It is an affiliate site and you are offering a share of 4 months profit for 4 months traffic.
Why are you using banners from cj.com and not Adsense.
How much profit are you expecting?

Basically you are asking for 4 months free traffic.
