My company give me 2k5 USD for buy the tools to SEO! I was buy GSA SER + GSA breaker, Scrapebox, Sicksubmitter ( but the tools don't work fine ). Nowaday, I want to buy senuke XCR lifetime or UMD One Time Fee ! Do you give me some ideal which tools i would buy !

Yeah unless you know right off the bat how to maximize efficiency using those tools, they will be worthless. Simply buying them does not give you results, as mentioned above you must know how to use them PROPERLY and that takes a learning curve. You would achieve beter results in a faster time frame if you used that money on paid services, let the people that have those processes down to a science and can offer a bulk rate discount -take care of those tasks. Hell you could buy services with half the money and get the results needed. Don't go digging for gold, sell the shovels!

Either way, listen to the people who have already given you advice. Tools are no better than the user.
If you don't understand how to effectively use them and don't want to bother yourself learning, invest in something else. Like content. Or whores. Or whatever else floats your boat. I don't know man, I'm answering a question you didn't even ask - cut me some slack.

Edit: just read that your company gave you that money.
Perhaps invest the time to learn how to perform effective SEO campaigns for this company to prove yourself to be a long-term asset to them.
Words of warning: don't do any blackhat or spammy stuff if you're working with a company who would severely detriment from penalization.

Try looking around the marketplace for services. Scrapebox is pretty versatile and should be a good starting software to learn how to use, but make sure you learn about the new google updates before trying anything.

I guarantee you that if you don't know how to use GSA SER properly, you will have problems with SenukeXCR/UD too.

With GSA (+SER ENGINES) you CAN make good tier-1 links and you can rank well.
