I need help with backlinks start from PR3 to PR9

The website should be less than 6 text backlinks to other websites.
The backlinks should from PR3 or more than PR 3 websites. The high PR, we pay higher.
We prefer backlinks from games relevant websites while other websites are OK too.
we need 10 links/week
