What's this EMD domain worth?

So I own a domain for like 1 year but never did anything with it. It is an EMD com domain.

Ultimate Niche Finder report for the keyword:

As you can see it had a lot more searches, but last month's searches were around 60k. I have taken a few offers for the domain, but I would like to hear your opinion guys.

I would say low $XXX since it's not enough to have an EMD, you still have to rank it for a pretty competitive keyword, but it depends on what the keyword is.

i think 60k search a month is very profitable for several niche.

And it's up to you to retain or give away your site for money or free.

Yeap the reason I didn't do anything with it is my lack of SEO knowledge. I was thinking of setting up a website and trying to rank the site as a way to learn SEO, but I don't know if I have time to work on it now.

Yes, I think it's very profitable too if ranked, that's why I was thinking of getting additional opinions.

Depends on the EMD. If its an informal term, then probably only the reg fee.
If its shop/buy query then you're likely to find a buyer who would grab it for several hundreds.

I'd say it depends on who the buyer is and of course on the keywords in the EMD, a new EMD with no content, cache and link history would not have much SEO value but may have other marketing value. If it's a good niche EMD try mid to lower $xxx I think you might just get through to someone who needs it badly
