There is no widely used automated tools for doing such a thing and whatever there is will require you to give you access and information of the pages which they can use against you. It's best to just manually share these. Hope that helps.

Sharing it manually by copy and pasting is a very easy method of doing this. I don't see why a 3 second thing needs an automated software unless you plan to post hundreds of things in a day to different pages.
