How new is this account? Did you make the account yourself?

Honestly, I've read every single post here before I purchased, and there seems to be a lot of issues with purchased accounts. Guys (and gals), if you are in google chrome, just add another user, and create a new gmail and pinterest account. It literally takes a few minutes, and you are going to minimize your issues. If you think you need 50 accounts to start with, you are crazy! Try creating 3 a day, and see how tough that is to manage that by itself.

Also, I've been able to post at 40 to 60 seconds without an issue on even a 2 day old account.

Oh dear. And here's me just bought the software :) Hopefully it'll be sorted soon

Bummer. I was so excited to see PP working perfectly again, like in the old days. Back before new look came around.

Those were good times... :')

@yorktownfashion

You realize it's not us purposefully making things not work? Due to the nature of the business, we are dependent on Pinterest and we have to stay up to date with their changes, which is what we are doing now.

We appreciate your concern, Pinterest recently overhauled their pinning system (two days ago actually), which means we need to re-write some stuff to fix up pinning flickr/pinterest/uploads. Everything should be back to normal within a day or so. In the meantime, enjoy some of the functions which are working flawlessly (including, Following/Unfollowing/Commenting/Liking etc).

Thanks!

Hopefully Eric doesn't mind me posting this but you guys need a good update.

Essentially as Eric said pinterest has changed they way users interact with the website. You don't notice it, but the backend has changed tremendously in the way requests are sent. We have the latest update going to be shipped out later today. The major thing is everything is functioning, but its not. Also trying to find images to add from website doesnt even work on the pinterest website, so how could we make it work?

Repinning straight from pinterest will NOT work.
Pinning straight from flickr will NOT work.

Pinning from your computer, i.e. importing photos into the task area works. I realize this isnt perfect for you guys however, combining this with that fact that downloading images from both pinterest and flickr does work there is an easy work around.

Scrap either pins or all(flickr)
Download Images(Select the check boxes, right click, download images)
If its flickr, the images are saved into flickr pictures which is created on your desktop
If pintrest, you have the option of choosing a folder on your desktop(selecting decline or no saves them to Pinterest_images, which is created on your desktop

from here, import the pictures from your folder into the task area, right click, upload.
select the pictures to pin, the board, the source url, and description.

I know this isn't perfect, but were working on it. The main thing is the program is now functional for pinning, which is the main idea, after all the program is called PinPioneer

The rest of the updates will be coming out within the next few days.

Version 1.0.8.5 Released

Thanks for your patience guys! In this version we have pinning possible again after Pinterest's recent changes. We have another new version dropping soon that should fix everything.. along with a video demo.

In the meantime, you won't be able to pin from Flickr or repin from Pinterest. But.. you can upload from your desktop. So, the workaround involves, you searching up what content you want, then right clicking > download images. After this, all you need to do is right click > import > pictures and import those pictures into PinPioneer, and hit start pin (after setting your source URLs). Thanks Calvin (tehepedimick)!

Watch the video on how to pin now.

Spintax now working. I inserted text {Hello|Hi}, and the entire content is appearing in Pin Description i.e {Hello|Hi} instead of only Hi or Hello

Well atleast pinning from pc is working without failing now :) So that's good. But better when you can repinn so it goes direct to source url xD

pinning from pc is not working for me
PM] Failed on posting pin
PM] Using existing board...

do you mean the url where the pin was found or the url you want the posted pin to point to

do you mean the url where the pin was found or the url you want the posted pin to point to

I mean pinning pins from your pc and directing them to a source url is working fine now :P But its better when you can repin your already pinned images :)

I'm not sure about other users, but as of right now:
1) I cannot pin from my PC
2) I can still scrape, but I'm not given a prompt as to where to put the files. Once I click "Download Images," the images automatically download to the Pinterest Images folder on my desktop.
