I think he is talking about the method from which you need to have documents to submit for facebook and request them to change page name.. These method is introduced specially for Business Purpose and it takes 3-14 days of time..

3-5 suggestion will merge all likes from big to small page even with 0 likes page,, nd yes page name change doesn't work anymore, So don't fall in it
