Undiscovered niches in undeveloped country

Hi, I come from eastern european country where internet business is very low developed so it has many niches that remain undiscovered, so i am asking you guys an advice to tell me what niches exists in your country so I could appy them here.

Loans, weight loss, local seo opportunities? Local seo....some traditional product of your country that you can sell online...

Real estate is pretty good local business too..

if they are underdeveloped , who would use internet and buy using it , may be just 0.1-5% of population ?
Would it be worth spending so much time .

I am not lazy, did the resarch and everything, just wanted to know what is currently "cool" in your country.


It is small country so i am planing to go on state level not local.
Weight loss and local SEO alredy exists.
What about loans? You mean like bank loan? Dont know is it legal here to do that.

PS. its undeveloped but it is developing FAST!
Currently i am going to run real estate site(not yet released)

Forum with local boards to provide informations like cars, shopping, discount, anything related to living. Forum already been defeated by web2.0( like facebook,twitter,yelp) sites. But in developping country, these giant internet companies haven't had much, so forum still a good idea.

If it's an undeveloped web landscape then try to grab some web real estate that can grow outwards for a long time.

Things like. Free classified listing site, directory of professional bodies for example solicitors, architects,builders etc.

Real estate is a good place to start.
