i am a noob and newbie to these stuff, i have just read all the posts related about these stuff in BHW and i amazed about the success that you people make. i am unemployed and need money so badly, i decided to sign up for some of these CPA but i have one question that you may answer easily, do i need to pay to sign up and promote ?

Nope, there's no fees to join affiliate networks, though there are some costs that you may need to spend if you want to be more efficient. You can get webhosting + a domain for at least $10 ($8 for host gator and $2 for a .info domain) OR you can go and start out with a blogger blog and promote your offers from there. It's really up to you. Since you don't have any money at the moment, there's no need to spend anything until you make money. It's suggested, but not needed at this moment in time.

Be sure to apply to Google Adsense as well if you're going to be making a blog to promote your offers. Getting a few cents/dollars from clicks can only benefit you.

Its up to you, you can put at header, sidebar or at your posting. Try to think, where is the best place to make visitor will desire to click / follow your link.
