for the 3.5 yrs i have been around s/box - getting high amounts of public scraped proxies
for scrapebox wont work. at any given time there are usually 3-5k working live
public proxies.
from those probably 30-50% are CN proxies china they are of no
use, delete them. infact my advice has always been from any scraped list of proxies
delete all proxies except ports 3128-8080-443-80- and remove the CN proxies
then you might have 2k public proxies left, from that throw the rest in a proxy checker
like bleech to return only live proxies, your down to probably 1.5k, and finally
toss the rest in s/box, you might get 100 back if your lucky.
the only other way to get high amounts of working public proxies is to port scan them,
something i have done for bhw for 3.5yrs. port scanning involves scanning ip address
blocks for open proxies, usually best done by scanning ISP address blocks, if like me
you do it right, you get this everyday as i have to for my subscribers.
and as said above private proxies for posting
public for scraping if you can get the amounts - if not shared proxies
