Help to proof commercial rights !

Hi,

is there any way to avoid being ask to proof commercial rights for security/dash cams ?
Or could anybody tell me what to write to proof this ?

Simple, just get a statement from however is providing you with the vids that they are the right holders.

Other than that I am not too clear on what you want.

Thanks for answering well some videos are not being monetized and youtube keeps asking for commercial rights proof. So is there a way to avoid being asked this and if not could anyone provide me a good text in english that I have all the rights to monetize. All my videos are police material and in the public domain.

Are you sure they are actually in the public domain.
Depending on where you are, the police force may still hold the rights to the videos

Ive been going through all the infos already several times but thanks anyway.
I have one question thought how all the big websites like for example Live Leak get the commercial rights ? They also just rip it off youtube or other sites and put their watermark!

They are hosting their own videos so if they get a take down notice they can choose to ignore it or request evidence from the rights holders before removing a video.

If you are hosting on YT and want to monetize with YT then you have to follow their rules. (Or be prepared to have your accounts banned etc)

I've had one of my videos stolen and reuploaded to LiveLeak.
I wrote to LiveLeak an e-mail about the copyright on my video. They didn't answer me, but some hours later my video was embedded on YouTube on the same LiveLeak page.
