Can anyone tell me how to fix this problem. I already searched for this but did not find any answer, infact the problem is very common.

Wait? Yeah, when time = money, people don't have time to wait. Call Paypal and talk to one of their reps and ask them.

So.. I thought i'm the only one who is having the same issue.. thanks Jesus I'm not the only one.

Lol

They limited my paypal too without any reason. Mine is personal and verified and real.

Details that should have been mentioned in the OP. It seems others are having this issue too. You can email them, I've had good communication via email, but it would revert to what HerpDerpSlerp said above. You'd end up waiting a few days (2-3).

Yup, This is kind of common paypal bug etc but paypal never admit its a bug. (source DP forum.)
Are you sure the issue will resolve automatically after waiting 2-3 days?
I read that some people are waiting for months and contacting paypal via email but paypal never response to them.

btw, can anyone please suggest me How to email this problem to paypal, I did not find a suitable category listed in paypal.

I meant that you'd have to wait 2-3 days for a response via email. You can email them while logged in here I believe

Problem has been solved by contacting paypal support via email.

Don't worry about your English. The reps you speak to a majority of the time are in the Philippines. If you speak to the fraud/investigations, or senior support, they usually in the states. Just use a calling card, they cant verify where your from. Plus plenty of immigrants in the USA, the paypal phone reps are more then happy to talk to fellow immigrants, then someone demanding to speak to someone in Ameuuuurrica all the time.
