Scrapebox - Page authority addon don´t work

Hi!

I have just buy Scrapebox and install Page authority addon but it looks like dont work, only show empty fields and "1" or "-1" values.

My member ID and Key are OK. The program start and finish right.

Any help?

Just test it. It works for me.
Check the instruction again. Maybe you missed something out.

Its working fine for me, using on windows 7.

Bulkseotools.co.uk (Combine Seo Tools section)

It is the same. Check up-to 1000 domains.

Although I prefer my Scrapebox will work OK because I usually check around 5000 domains...

Make sure you are using the latest version of the addon. Next try setting your windows location/language to English, as a test. I know in 1 situation MOZ didn't like the windows language.

Then you should mail support directly if its not working.

It does not work to me either. Do I need to have proxy I use somehow registered with seomoz? Without proxy I cannot even load my account into that field with accounts. All I get is error as status and nothing else.

If you get an error without loading in a proxy then your formatting it wrong.

MemberID|api key

Note that there is no space between the pipe key and either the member ID or the api key. Also note that a PIPE keystroke which is like this:

is REQUIRED between the member ID and api key. Ive seen people not include it and I went round and round with one guy trying to help him and finally figured out it was that. Anyway, I have a video showing it in action here:

I had exactly the same issue and I can confirm the reason is indeed in the language settings (date and time format to be more specific). Page authority addon was showing external links but PA/DA/MozRank was blank. As soon as I changed windows date and time format to english (United States) the page authority addon started working.

Is this some bug in moz API?

Are you sure your API key etc is working? MOZ seem to be pretty ban-happy with free API keys recently
