maybe no is new , but is good you test your new domains ( new or expired ) in google webmaster tools before start using , due most sites for expired domains no work fine and have many outdated info , example i register 10 domains , 5 index very fast others 5 no due is flagged a spam , this mean expired domain no removed warnings , now imagine if google keep monitoring the domains , all sites linked are flagged too ( only a theory ) .

first sorry English no is my natural language , yes you need look in search traffic > Manual Actions , i no received warning in all messages , here is a example :

this happens to me once
tell them u just bought the domain (send a screenshoot of the register namecheap op godaddy whatever)
on webmaster tools
and they will remove manual spam action
