I just wanted to drop a little bit of a note about Penguin 2.1 and this service:

We haven't had a *lot* of clients for this service on this forum yet, but we have quite a few from other sources. Overall, the update was not too bad—some sites dropped in rankings and some increased. We track a lot of keywords and are running our tests/trying to establish patterns between what we are seeing/getting.

Right now, since everything is in a bit of flux, it's better not to panic and take drastic measures. If the previous rollouts of Penguin are anything to go by, things will get better as we go. As I said, we are observing everything very carefully and will make changes to our services, if and when necessary. This isn't a one-off service where you purchase and have nowhere to go if you aren't satisfied; we will work with you to ensure you get what you want, as long as it's reasonable.
