Blog visits dropped, I want them back

My blog visits dropped from about 10.000 views per day to 2.000. What could happen?

I need a way to get my visits back to normal, because my profit is 3 times lower now ( I`m using ADF ly ).

A traffic exchange website sounds good but it's taking too much to get some views.

How exactly did they drop?
Try building more quality links, if your rank dropped.
Could also be a short thing and your visits will go back to normal in some time.

Was your main source of traffic Google or were you getting visitors from somewhere else? If your traffic was from SEO, has your rankings dropped?

The visits massive drop was on 4 September. It went from around 1,200 views ( on adf ) to 400. That's incredible.

They won't let me put any picture unfortunately, I wanted to show you the adfly graph. I suppose I have to wait some time until I can post URL's.

goosefrabah I was getting traffic from Google. I don't know how to check if my rank has dropped.

By the way I have an adf entry script but it worked well so far, I don't think this may affect my traffic in any way.

This is not normal. Check the graph from adf. It's not about the adf, it's about the blog. Something is happening. I was getting 35$ per month, now I`m getting 6$.

Had the same problem on Sept 4 with 1 website.
I then disavowed some backlinks, build a few others and the ranks are ~70% back.
I was in shock really from 1k uv/ 12 in 4 weeks )

The general conscious of BHW is that, if you have 10k hits/day, you should monetize it with other method instead of adfly.

OR

ANY IM method is better than adfly. Period.

With all of those views and hits but $35 bucks that is a major issue in your plan. Not to mention do you check your rankings? Only
a few ways for traffic to drop and rankings is one of them.

Wow bro, are you sure you are in the right forum?

They are talking about Keyword Rankings for Search Engines (The Main ones are important: Google, Bing, Yahoo, Ask, etc)

Google makes updates all the time and I am sure the others do also..these changes up the order in which websites show up for keywords (changes to an algorithm im assuimng)...this is a big reason why people lose traffic.

The easiest way to do this is manually by searching a term you rank for to make sure its still where it is supposed to be. There are several programs out there that will do this for you but thats assuming you are willing to invest money back into it.
