you can make it work without an APP ID simply by NOT PUTTING ONE IN THERE. Fb will still ban you, just takes a little longer and you will encounter more things like captchas more often without it.
that 'required code' fb asks you to put under body? dont need it

is all you need with your meta tags and you can do whatever. FB saying you get less newsfeed views is BS.

the guy used the chinese version so you couldnt read "add a comment" when you hover over the input field, but that doesn't make a difference.

comments don't make that much because they only redirect PC users. you get inflated EPC #'s and conversion rates promoting cpa w/ comments for that reason. redirecting in 30 seconds isn't always gonna work.
