Verify paypal with etrade?

i use etrade to verify US paypal and now etrade will no longer verify paypal ? is it just me ? and can someone make me a US VERIFIED PAYPAL it takes 15-20 minutes

It is not just you that method has not been working for a long time. If you wanna verify it then check out vbas that work for it
and you can buy one to verify it.

You buy VCC and VBA to verify US Accounts, they easily available here on this forum
