My review on this service,

I'm going to be brutally honest. But I placed an order with you guys 2 weeks ago for 20,000
geo-retention views, and your service is awful.

Before I get ahead of myself, let me give you some background. I've heard about BB for months
and months, but never ordered because his prices are double the cost of another well known
view supplier. And I could never understand WHY his prices were so expensive, so I never used
BB's service.

With that said, I had a friend who used this service not too long ago, and I was very impressed
with his results. He made quite a few sales from his CB video (just from the views he ordered
from BB) and that impressed me... it made me think "maybe BB's views are actually worth
double the cost I normally pay".

So I ordered 20,000 georetention views from BB, and the same amount from my main view
supplier.

To sum up:

The video BB did, its been >>>2 WEEKS<<< and its only at 9,000 views. Its almost like they
boosted the video, then forgot about it and stopped. That is awful service if you ask me. How
do you start boosting a video then just forget about it? Did the video crawl itself out of rotation
and off your list or something? I've had videos stop before with my other supplier, but most of
the time they get back to working on the video. And I've only had to message them once about
a video getting stuck.



As of now (2 weeks later) the results are:

BB's video ranks nowhere on YT, and after 2 weeks they're not even half way done with my
order. I'm fairly sure they have stopped boosting that video completely so now I have to be
inconvenienced to message them when this is my FIRST order. Out of fear that I will have to
do this with every video I order views for, this will definitely be my last order.

As it is, I just wasted 20 minutes going through my emails to look for a receipt, and can't find
one. I'm sure the payment is in my paypal but I'm not wasting anymore time because I'm
wasting money as I write this. Should I pm you my video details or my email?

I KNOW BB has long term clients, happy clients and all. But as it stands for me, he is way too
expensive and the quality of his service does NOT justify the price.

After you used that other sellers service, were you getting natural likes, comments, and subscribers? If so, are you still getting natural interaction?
Going through BB's thread, I noticed that they switched over to a new server and had to put all the videos to their new servers. Videos from October, I think, were at fault. I say things as I see them, and BB's service got my video to the popular page in my category with lots of natural interaction. I plan on using him again to get my video to the popular section and so far, I haven't been let down and don't plan to. You might want to try BB's service again, seeing they have NEW servers. I think I know who your other provider is. They do good work and I use them both in combination with BigBuddy's service for optimum results. I think they're both good and I wouldn't be spending my hard earned money on this service if I didn't think it was good and beneficial.

@spiderblast , Thanks for your honest aka brutal review. The time when you purchased was exactly the hard time where we all went trough youtube updates - slow views. I understood your frustration, but we did nt stopped your views and it did nt count again by youtube. Its our mistake where we did nt shifted your video to new system along with other videos.

Yes as you said, we have tons of happy clients, who are getting themselves ranked their video in popular page of youtube with just minimum number of views. But shit happens sometimes and exactly it happened to you who is the first time buyer.

Tbh, your review makes us feel the urge to fix our cpanel system immediately, and shed us some light to improve our customer support better than before. sorry for the inconvenience caused to you and I apologize.

We accept, that we failed to deliver the views. The delay was happened once, were we failed to move your video to new server. Yes its our mistake. And the money was refunded and sorry for that. You have mentioned that no good customer support. But may i know when did you contact us. I haven't received any mail or PM from you. Our clients know, how good is our customer support. Me and BB are working hard to reply all queries as soon as possible. We never take weekend off. SO with out contacting us, its not fair to say about our customer service. Regarding site, yes we accept we didn't have and working on it. Thanks for mentioning that. At the same time our customer databases are safe, its not hacked by anyone.
