as reported in this thread (already closed???) http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackh...unt-shutting-down-owes-110-million-fines.html

the same kind of ad popped up - leading to this page
Code:
http://www.free-choice.com.au/cgi-bin/wingame.pl?partner_pk=419&wingame_pk=42&sub_id_postback=537331852c39708e513db59d924088ec&sub_id=CD13939

and before someone says "check your machine for malware", I just did and it's clean.

If this is coming from BHW it's not at all cool when I pay a membership fee here

It could be your end. Certain Browser helper objects can bypass whatever scanner you used. If it was blackhatworld everyone would be getting the message or an attempt at redirection as much as you and is clearly not.

Also, you are not paying for a membership here. You are donating in exchange for perks.

If more than one person is having the issue it could be the site. Maybe that is why they asked us to change passwords? Maybe the issue is resolved

Guys can you report which thread you are seeing the ads? Or are you seeing them in every page of bhw. Cause am not seeing nothing yet.

I got it on the homepage. Not every time it loaded though, I only saw it twice today.

I got the same thing here when I tried to log in - now I had to change my password.

It's something to do with BHW because that's the only place it happens.

The change of passwords was a force password reset I guess. It was a security measure in case some accounts might have been compromised. I also had to do it including everyone else. I hope we will hear something from 7878 or DD pretty soon.

I used to get the same malware one on my phone.

Just now on this thread I had an adult dating ad popup.

Yes . . . we all had to change our passwords.

I spoke with Diamond Damien about the issue that was posted on
another thread earlier today and he said that it was all cleaned up.

So you are saying that there is yet another issue?

Had an adult dating site popup about 10mins ago. It was on my phone and I am almost certain its not my phones fault.

Thank you . . . I will notify Damien of this thread.

javascript running on BHW called damnxd.org. Never saw damnxd.org before

it looks like a picture site.

I didn't get any popups.

Which page? I scanned the home page and the source of this page, don't see any such injections.

The problem is not on the forum. It's one of the several javascript includes.

I disabled JS and the popup went away, so the forum software is not contaminated, it's coming from the outside....

It seems to be particular to those who are using Chrome as their browser.

The issue is being worked on as we speak..

So Google is trying to infiltrate this community via malware? Why doesn't Matt Cutts simply sign up and join us for tea....
