Hey guys,

I wrote an e-book, and I'm looking for a fast way to start getting it sold. Does anyone know what to do after making it or have a resource that's good for doing this? I have no money to use for promotion, but I have enough for a domain and hosting account. I have no idea what I'm doing lol any ideas on what to do next would be awesome.

The e-book is short and I was thinking to sell it for $10. It's in the making money niche and I will be posting the method up later this week. The method made me good money in days.

Thanks in advance,
J

I'm just going to say what everyone else is thinking. If the method made you good money in days why are you not able to pay for promotion or outsource promotion?

Just doesn't make sense mate. Straight from the get go I imagine you're selling a dodgy product.

^^^Bingo. You nailed it. What makes your product worth anything if you have not made money from it?

I was going to give some suggestions...but I am curious as to why you are not using the info contained in this eBook yourself???

That depends on how good the ebook looks and the graphix you have. You can sell it right here on BHW in the Marketplace section.

He hasn't made any money using the contents of this book so why in the world would BHW members be interested in it?

Who said I didn't make any money?!

You know sometimes things happen to people that change what they can do. Just because it made me money doesn't mean that I can perform the activities needed to perform this. I made enough money to have my bypass surgery, but now I'm unable to continue it. You have to be able to physically meet with people and I am trapped in a hospital bed.... I figured selling the idea would hold me over for the next few weeks while I recover.

I'm not sure how good it is and I don't have a lot of flashy graphics. Like I said I have no experience with writing e-books, and this is my first. I'm a little upset that the first response is "he must be dodgy", but I understand that happens a lot. I can't put money towards it, because while I made money, I really don't want to waste money on promoting something I have no idea how teo promote. Let alone the fact that I'm not sure how I am at writing.

Honestly, I have no idea what I'm doing with this, and I'm confident in the method. I can share a few copies to show I'm not being "dodgy". If it sucks and I need to revise the book I'll know and be able to improve, but I'm not going to get anywhere when I'm not reaching out.

Regardless---My main question still hasn't been answered which is what to do with an e-book after writing it.

netmoney and cburton81 I can I send you copies if you want to review it. I'm not looking to be dodgy/scammy/stupid. I really want to get into proper e-book development.

First, Ebook Era is Gone.. Now a days People Surf Online. You can convert it in E-Learning Membership site. Give Access to People who Join, So they can learn by watching and Reading on your Own site. It also gives you Good Sub Email List to Use in Future. But selling Ebook to make Money is not That Big Idea now a days.
We daily Read 10's Threads at BHW about Journals and Learn a lot.
Still if you want, you can try with amazon they have Good Traffic to make sales of Ebook.

You have to understand that people will have questions in this situation...but don't worry about it. Things happen, etc.

If the method is good then there is no need to focus on flashy graphics, etc. You would want to build a nice website/sales page and direct traffic to it. But, at your $10 price point it is going to be hard to get enough cheap traffic to make it profitable I believe.

If I were you....I would build a nice site and get it on ClickBank or JVZOO...it seems like the "make money" category does very well on JVZOO. I would look into that - but you would need to hike the price up and offer a nice commission in order to attract affiliates.

Sorry to hear about your health condition. One flaw I see with selling your e book is you said you have to physically meet people.
People who make up the majority of the e book consumer niche online do not want to walk 10 steps away from the computer and
want to make money at home and online.

Furthermore the way to market something with no investment cash is the good old way of self promotion and crowd sourcing.
You can use social media and forums to promote your product. However do not and I must say again do not spam your e book
around or this will offend people and they will not trust your product. Once you get some cash ahead think of different media you
can buy or sales pages to promote it. Maybe signatures on websites?

If this is your first e-book, chances are good that it's not perfect.
Maybe you should consider giving it away for free. This way you won't have to deal with chargebacks etc.
Maybe you can monetize it with affiliate links and/or build a list!

I would suggest that if you made good money with this, then you use some of that money and reinvest in the ebook. Because if it is as good as you say it is, then soon you should be making the money back to repay what you took out of the money you made first.

Go to warrior forum, people are buying every book in there. Just provide 3 or so review copies and watch the money start flowing.
