I don't know what you expect but this is list from my HD. If you don't want spammy sites you probably want to build Tier 1 links. Well, do it manually. That's the best choice.
If you're doing Tier 2,3,.. links then it doesnt matter if it's spammy or not.

scrape it on your own lol, most of the list will be down to death in couple of days.
This list is total crap only 9 successful connection error 107, undetectable 294.

Those are quality bookmarking sites but you'll need to either manually submit/outsource/build your own scripts to hit them.

You're right some of the websites are not even bookmarking sites. What I remember, some reputable member had shared this list before and I didn't go link after link to update it. I'm very sorry for misguiding you guys. So much. xD

Go to http://www.vmoptions.com/social-networking-list.php and click the thingie to sort the list by pr. Maybe you will find some you don't have yet.
