How To Successfully Start My Own Affiliate Program?

I have recently launched a new service. I have affiliate software setup but my service and website are relatively new. I would like to use my affiliate program to start driving revenue to my website, but I'm not sure where to start.

Has anyone here successfully launched their own affiliate program? Where do I start? My capital is very small right now since I have all my money tied up into the service.

I already have a system to track and pay my afilliates, so Post Affiliate Pro probably won't work for me. Also I don't think the other website will work with my current system.

You mean how do you attract affiliates? What kind of service is it? Give a bit more details and maybe some people can point you in the right direction. Is it something you can put on some of the larger networks? Drop some more detail in the thread about what the service is...

Also, you could offer your service users with a discount if they can sign up x number of affiliates.
At least offer your users the opportunity of being affiliates of your service.
