Recently released a video game. Browser based multiplayer RPG, less graphics and more text. The niche is successful in competitors but we need to get popular to see great success. We have been relying on Google AdWords for the majority of our conversions but typically the AdWords audience is not very into our text based, less graphical RPG. We need a way to better reach our audience of super-nerds like me and like our small dedicated player base that really enjoys browser/text RPGs.

I'm looking for someone with experience advertising/driving traffic to a video game. Think browser RPG to be specific.

Shoot me a PM or post here if you've got the knowledge! Thanks for reading. :)

I may not have experience in what you're searching for, but I am interested in discussing a potential business venture in the near future.
PM me if you're comfortable sharing info, I'm always on the lookout for game developers.

If it involves development of a new game, I'm out! Unfortunately just too busy with current doings (including the game) :) Thanks anyway!

I run a few text based browser games myself, and I'm using game-advertising-online, facebook and admob at the moment. Have you heard of leetmedia or cpmstar? Those might work for you.

What engines scripts are you using to make your games? Is it Mafia Wars type scripts? Can you share links to devkit downloads?

if it's HTML5 or Flash game then go with facebook implement their API which will let post Open graph and it will show scores etc.. it can go viral in few days if game is good and you have implemented it right..

Free way for advertising and driving traffic but bad thing is you can't put adsense if you are going to put it in Iframe of fb just use fb login which will let them redirect to your site and use adsense etc.. and earn more money :)
