Should I provide you with 25 or even 50 UNIQUE texts of 500 to 1000 words in 2 foreign languages, would you accept and use them instead of the spun texts articles for the web 2.0 and a few other tier 1 backlinks? If yes, do you think it would bring a bit or much more value to these tiers 1 ?

Actually, I have access to thousands of unique texts perfectly written and it might be good occasion to use them...

Welcome. I have a blog. Monthly I add 30-40 entries. At what price would you positioning of each entry? For each entry two phrases. Positioning is not going to be very difficult because the competition is not high on the entries, sometimes Do not see.
I want each entry in to be at least Top 10 on the two phrases.

We can do SEO for your entire site as a whole. Doing each page individually is not recommend with our service as it will be overdoing it.

Sorry mate, since the majority of these sites are english they will not accept non english articles. You will have issues with links stay live. It's better to write the content in english with foreign anchor text.
