How to rank video on google

First do good Keyword research(Focus on low competitive SEO keywords). Check the videos that rank there and see how many backlinks they have, the quality of the links. If you can beat the videos that are ranking on top by giving it enough quality backlinks, then you are good to go. make sure you also optimize all the video elements including the urls, etc

google mostly ranks youtube videos only if they find your video appropriate for the search term but with views and likes you can rank within youtube easily.

Easy page 1 rank:

1. Low competition G phrase.
2. Long-tail keyword (longer the better).
3. Keyword in title, description, tag (using quote).
4. Bookmark on G+
5. Get a comment submitted by another account using your keyword.
6. Name video file with your keyword. (Almost forgot this one.)
7. Ensure Video is unique and closely-related to keyword.
