I don't know why your video got flagged so fast. Mine took more time, and they got removed when they were showing on top and they had 45-50k views. I got very sad but I created more videos and uploaded them. You can't trust YT, so upload videos on a daily basis.
i just saw 2-3 people on YT who copied my video, which I made myself and they're using my video with my instructions, to compete with me. It really makes me angry, but I guess I can't do anything.

Should I upload multiple videos of the same niche on different accounts? or should I upload 1 video per niche?

Well if it's a obvious fake niche like "hack facebook" or "game hacks" or anything then it won't be hard for people to flag it and get it removed. You have to keep in mind that if that's your kind of niche, the flagging war is constant and people usually need to re-upload their videos 2 or 3 times a week. I personally don't deal with that kind of niche anymore. If your niche is legit and with low competition then that won't happen. Make sure that your video does not break any YT rules, and then that'd be harder to get it removed.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I dont think you can make as much money on vimeo as you can youtube.
