Hello all Expert,

My website is becoming famous i got so many twitters followers and fan page likes i get everyday 60 to 70 search engine traffic, But suddenly few people came up and said you using our content i check with http://www.copyscape.com/ and erase all duplicate content but still they are not shutting down the topic it was my writer fault not mine fault i am starting all over again but still they tweet so many bad things i just wanna get off with all that any suggestions ?

No tweets will do nothing to rank your site lower, they just will help you ti bring more traffic and maybe even to rank better

Not exactly. There is few article re-writers that can replace random letters with unicode letters and make it readable for humans yet differently readable for search engine bots and copyscape checking. Look for Unicode Article Rewriter, do a google search.

Actually, you are responsible for the content you publish. Your writer is not held liable, because you purchase the copyright. This is at least how it works in the U.S. for contracted writers.

Google doesn't give a fuck who wrote the content. Stealing someone else's content is an accepted black hat practice. I wouldn't get the undies in a wad over it. Take down or re-write what you must, leave what you can get away with up. Add an administrative mechanism so that people that feel their intellectual property rights have been violated can contact you, and have a Terms of Service that spells out the method and the time frame.

If anything, you ought to be adding MORE content, and take advantage of the upsurge. You might think about attributing authors, and giving them backlinks. You may be making something out of something that they could not, and with you at least they get something.

It doesn't have to be hostile. And you don't have to be reflexively terrified. There's a LOT of grey. YouTube doesn't shit itself everytime someone posts copyright content. And at 70 hits per day, I highly doubt anyone is going to hire an attorney and sue you for the $5.00 you made that day.

In a small community, if those 70 visitors are targetted and converting, he could be filling a small shop with orders and yes he could be famous wherever he is.

I recall many years ago a site with less than 100 visitors flooded my client's little shop with orders....he couldn't take all of them. I became "famous" among those local shop owners and my city ain't small.....
