If your budget is that high i'd rather you buy xrumer on your own and buy a dedicated server to run Xrumer.. no use of spending that amount.

I disagree.

I am sure there are very skilled link builders on this forum who have years of experience which allows them to get amazing results. I rather take advantage of their services than take time to learn how to use xrumer, spend countless hours trying to perfect it and make many mistakes in the process.

I like to employ people who are very good in their field so I can use their services to better my products.
