Affiliate Programs for Political Traffic?

I read somewhere that political talk is not allowed. And it's not my intention to bring up the subject now. However, I do run a highly trafficed political blog which has gotten over 1.5 million hits in the last 2 years. I need to figure out a way to monitize this traffic. Any suggestions guys?

well if can make banners / shirts and other merchandise for your favorite politician or the one you hate on websites such as vistaprint zazzle etc ., and sell them . This will only work if you are from a 1st world country .
