I'm just looking for some feedback if anyone has Bought pallets or truckloads and made a decent profit from them? And how big is the risk? If the deal is 100 pcs of "name brand electronics" for 1k seems like a big risk... Or is it usually pretty good stuff?

I've bought pallets and large job lots. Basically the stuff is always dirt cheap but again you store it, package it, advertise and post it out the margins are too tight.

I found I could sell the first 20-30% of the merchandise quickly for decent profit, struggle through most of the rest and always have 15% of unsaleable stuff left over to get out of at the end.

I think that stuff is only for Market traders to be honest.

Thanks a lot! What would be the 15%? Like microwaves or something? I found a pallet for new Nike sneakers " but I don't want to do it if it's not worth it

I've bought pretty much everything and the numbers are always similar no matter what he merchandise is.

You will find that 20-30% of your Nikes will be good looking shoes that sell well. The rest will be in odd sizes and colours and dont sell as well. The ones you will be left with be butt ugly or in sizes only a bear could wear.

If it's a good deal there's no risk but it can be a lot of work for small profit.
