Can you decipher how to trick this web page?

Hi guys, I have this situation, a local website in my area gives you 1 point for referring someone through a unique link now I tried to trick it by using different working proxies I scrapped on here but my points don't go up. The only way to get my points up is to Change user agent and clear cookie then change proxy before I re-visit the link.

So I'm trying to know if anyone knows how I can make it simpler?

Should be quite easy to make a script that simply ignores cookies and randomly changes users agents. PM me if you want me to take a look.
