Seriously..they all appear to be pretty good products and having its own content spinners in wordpresscloaker.com is pretty good too.
I prefer wpcloaker.com which I love..if a retard like me has no problems with it..making my own markov text and keywords in the wp tags function..or just using content spinners..then a chimp could use it..
Using a decent auto pinger+future post wp function+the right meta tags for no cache etc of course..

Obviously, I am biased but I think the main issue with any cloaking solution hinges on:

1. your specific solution -- are you cloaking organic traffic? Paid traffic? etc.
2. is there support?

Blackjack's, NoIP, and mine are products I know with someone behind them. You send a support request, someone answers. You explain your situation, you get a reply. The scripts get updated. IP and other detection methods get updated. Etc.

I like WP Traffic Tools with the SpiderSpy database, it's excellent, I have sites that have been cloaked for 9 months and counting. The plugin itself also has tons of other useful features in addition to cloaking.

I tried many cloaking plugins that i bought longtime ago , also MonsterClick went down fiew month after they sold hundred license & didnt update the IP database anymore (wich is dead )
if you like to create blogs one by one these plugins that member (owner ) listed here can fit your need
there is also very good cloaking system like december11group or black hat cloaker v2 (like the old WP Shapeshifter) (dead now) wich are generate thousand blogs with unlimited pages automatically, it just depend of your need
