Try SEOClerks, Fiverr or search google for buy bulk traffic (most of those guys just sell bot traffic)

do you monetize the site and do you need the traffic to convert or you just need to show the traffic in your stats? If you need fake traffic don't pay for it, get a bot that can send "traffic" and just scrape proxies with scrapebox and feed the bot! Is an easy bot to make.

no need to convert, just for some stats
Now I'm using jingling but it's really slow, I need more, what can you recommend?
