Hi guys!
I've been reading your journeys for over a year now.
This will be my last attempt to try & make money via the internet
I got only ~75$ left from my last attempt.

My last attempt was with google adsense on a 15$ cpc keyword - got banned for fake views - spent over 100$ on it.

My plan for this attempt going to be like this:
"Do not put all the fruit in the same bag"
I wont be investing all my money on the same blog \ youtube account - I will be spreading it over severals methods I read here so if something goes wrong I'll still have some money to start another attempt..

My Method:
~Start a youtube account
~Get some high quallity original gaming videos
~hope for the best? (I really dont know what to do anymore, I want it to be completly legit - I am sick of getting banned).

Any tips will be appreciated.

Goal:
1k views per video - not even aiming for $$ - atleast for now.

It sounds like you have be taking the necessary steps to become a IM,
you say you have been reading for a year now, take that knowledge that
you have learned and get to work. Best of luck to you!

Do you mean last attempt at that one idea, or at all?

I think you go the right way.
However, I do not believe it would be your last attempt, even if you fail.
Who once tasted the waters of IM, would find it very difficult in a regular job ;)

Good luck OP I hope you make it! Try, try and try again until you find something that works.

I've been doing some research on my subject for youtube
the average cpc is 3$ - it is about some specific video game
what I'll be doing is commentaries and video guides.
Do you guys have any sort of tips for me before I start creating & uploading videos?

My opinion is to treat this as a business.

Know that it will take time to make money.
Do not take shortcuts.
Do not use fly-by-night methods that can ruin all of your efforts.
Put passion into this endeavor and give it all that you have!

Losing the adsense account has been one of your biggest mistakes.

Next time you after a 15$ keyword, be ready to spend a couple of thousands on the SEO alone.

Either way Good Luck!

1) Get a job

2) Take some of your earnings and invest them into your internet marketing efforts.

3) Read the quote shown below:

"Many of life's failures are people who did not realize how close they were to success when they gave up."
- Thomas A. Edison

Best wishes - "Wiz"

If someone can tell me how to block Journey threads that would be great. No value there, at all

Uploaded 4 short original videos and posted them on several forums.
going to school now - I will update once I get home.

Go to general settings
scroll down to disallow forums
and click on journeys

This should solve your problem

No no no, don't make a last attempt! Why can't you carry on? You need more fighting spirit to succeed through the tough times. I get that you don't have a lot of funds, but you can start small without spending any money.

You also say you're not aiming for any $$?!? You need a money plan, otherwise the views don't mean anything (unless you like doing this just for fun). You've read the forum so why not put your knowledge to work...

good... you have better views.. don't give up just move on..

I am not aiming for $$ at the beginning once I get some good videos with hight amount of views I'll start the adsense

my best bet is to not "just produce a video". wait till a famous new game gets close to release, download it a few days before official release and be one of the first to upload videos for it. i guess that could work decent. i'm personally trying some sexy girl videos right now. it's going ok because of my keyword research. yea, i'd advice you to research your keywords :). if you upload "<gamex> commentary" yet no one searches for that... well... that won't be good.

honestly, i'm not sure what it takes to get a youtube video going very well. i have a friend who does "lets play" videos and he's producing good content. he's also a "famous mod" for a big forum where he also advertises his videos, but still hardly ever breaks 100 views per video. it's pathetic. all the working youtube methods i've seen on BHW were based around buying traffic in some way :).

if you combine fresh new content with proper keyword research (and maybe some investments in traffic) you might have success (:

OP, you should read this: http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/making-money/168131-real-1-reason-why-95-you-will-always-fail-no-matter-how-hard-you-try.html

It's not enough to just try, and your defeatist attitude is the real reason you are failing.

well, since you're not responding to my suggestions, let me ask you some questions.

1) have you done proper keyword research? are you using good keywords in title? are you using researched keywords in tags?

239views+like
157views

at one point you might realize... "oh, the 239 video had much better keywords", you know? you wanna research that kind of stuff.

2) how do you think you'll ever reach a lot of views per video when there's a huge amount of "letsplay" producers that fail completely? have you looked into why they fail? what will you be doing differently than them?

i think you should also research THE SUCESSFUL people doing the same thing. why are they standing out? what are they doing EXACTLY? can you reach the same goals or do you need a twist?

i hope you'll answer this time.
