GSA for tier 2++, yes.
Your other questions highly depend on things such as age of site, competition etc.
For starters I would aim to average about 2 2.0s a day. The total number depends on your competition.
I cannot give you a recommendation for an articles service, sorry. I buy every now and then for 2.0s, but I always rewrite them. I try to have my Articles have at least 300+ words, and on average 600 words. But I don't care for too much there. If your articles have 400-600 words, that would be good enough.
No, you don't have to buy for Tier 2+3, that would burn through your money very quickly. Just use a spinner like TBS for those. There might be free spinners available, I'm not sure.

Many people starts with youtube combined with PPD/CPA/CB in generall. If you got some money to invest you may look into domain + hosting.

There is no right or wrong where to start, but one thing is for sure and that is that you'll never bank if you dont take action.
Set some goals. Dont change niche just becuse you havent bank yeat, try harder. If other can bank out of the niche, so can you with some effort!

I started myself with blogger + affiliate.

I would research for a method that looks interesting to you. Once you find this certain method stick to it and learn everything you can about this method and how to complete the tasks needed properly without getting banned or blocked. Then the money will come and you can use the techniques you learned and apply them to other methods and become an expert in a certain field.
