Buy the List, Import them to GSA first as the list provided by him will be in .sl format.
Later you can export the links from gsa to a text file and from the text file to senuke.
It's as simple as that.

I am not very happy after buying the list.
I imported the lists and account data. Setup 20 private proxies, Death by Captcha & Image Typerz, 1 private outlook email. Tested everything and it was working fine.

End result: Submitted - 1013. Verified - 706.

I was expecting better results. Very disappointed.

I'll be releasing a new list in a few days, signing up to my email list is the best way to get notified, but you can just check this thread in a couple days as well.
