Fiverr links post penguin 2.1??

I would never really point any links from fiverr towards my moneysite (maybe some of the homepage links, if I saw them before I purchased), otherwise I would be purchasing scrapebox/ xrumer backlinks and sending to web2.0 pages I had created myself.

i think links are useful for tier 1 and below anymore
and only for churn and burn sites

You really get what you pay for with these links. If you want some videos or content, you can find good gigs. However, I would never point those low quality links at my money site. It is a recipe for disaster in most cases.

I like to use Fiverr for some SEO Services. crockservice,BigTiger and a few others did a pretty good job when I used them. I think Fiverr can be a great place to purchase SEO services if you know what you need.

I agree that 99% percent of the backlink services on fiverr are really low quality and should not be used directly on your money site.
But i think that you could find maybe 1 or 2 nice gigs there, because it really is a free market on fiverr so the result is GREAT COMPETITION
and great competition provides better quality for customers, so yes maybe a few nice gigs exist...

Personally, I would never use them for links, only for social shares and videos.
If you want to spend any dollar in building links, you better spend it here!

Indeed,fiverr is great if you know exactly what you need.
On my case,fiverr is great for manual stuff and third tiers(even second tiers on some cases)

Suppose you got a site which is getting too much traffic and you wanna reduce it a bit cuz you're sick of making money. Then you hire Fiverr SEO gigs to do just that

one won't give away his list. Because quality links given to too many people would ruin the word quality. You will have to browse fiverr a lot to get some. I found two guys who write + post a blog on their health blog pr 5 and DA 60+. Now they write only 2-3 per week which is a great deal for $10 (i say 10 because you order 2 to get one).

Not true, you can find some amazing backlinks at $5. 95% are crap though

You get what you pay for, but also keep in mind that there are a few good gigs on there that are great for pointing at your second tier websites. I just would never point any links from Fiverr to your money site.
